School IT Team

Computers are issued from the students' home campuses.  We can perform basic troubleshooting at the career center.

Students should check in at the main office if they need to borrow a computer according to Jordan policies.

Personal Devices:

If you are using a personal device, you may need to install the Respondus lockdown browser to use OnTrack.

NOTE: Neither Houston ISD nor the Barbara Jordan Career Center  supports the use of personal devices. The only way to guarantee OnTrack will work as intended is to use a school-provided PowerUp device.

Your teacher is under no obligation to allow extra time or extend any other consideration for delays or issues that result from use of a personal device.
